Dr.George Silva, MD

Dr. George J. Silva has been a family practitioner in Mashpee since 1984. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Silva received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, and his MD degree from Tufts University Medical School in Boston . He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Connecticut . Dr. Silva is the Health Consultant for the Town of Mashpee.

Dianne Wells, ANP

Muhammad U. Qadir, MD

Dr. Muhammad U. Qadir joined Mashpee Family Medicine in November 2009 after completing his residency at Synergy Medical Education Alliance in Michigan. Dr. Qadir was originally born in Boston, Massachusetts and then spent his school age years in Pakistan. He received his MD degree from Army Medical College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan and his pre-medical degree from PAF Inter College in Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Qadir has also served as a Clinical Instructor at Michigan State University in Saginaw, Michigan. Dr. Qadir is entering his third year with Mashpee Family Medicine. He resides on the Cape with his wife and is expecting his first child in May 2012

Dr. Wesley Klein

Texas Lutheran College where he received a B.S. degree in Biology. He earned his D.O. degree from The University of North Texas Health Science Center/ Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. He later completed a Family Practice Residency program as Chief Resident at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York. He is a Board Certified American Family Practice Physician. Dr. Klein currently works at Mansfield Health Center as a Family Medicine Physician as well as a part-time Hospitalist with Sturdy Memorial Hospital. He is happily married to his wife who is a RN and enjoys fishing with their son who is 11 years old. It is a pleasure to welcome him to the Cape Cod medical community.

Karin L. Dauphinee, RN, MSN, ANP, PNP

Karin L. Dauphinee, RN, MSN, ANP, PNP joins Mashpee Family Medicine mid October 2011. Karin is an experienced practitioner having worked with Fontaine Medical Center, Yarmouth Internist and Mashpee Medical Associates the past fourteen years. She currently is affiliated with Bourne Medical Center. She received her PNP from Boston College; MSN & ANP from Simmons College in Portland, ME; AND from Central Main Medical Center School of Nursing in Lewiston, ME. She resides on the Cape with her eight year old daughter. She believes in strong work and family values in conjunction with providing complete care for the patients’ needs.
